The Irish Immigrant Investor Programme (IIP) is a residency by investment scheme that is available to any non-EEA nationals who agree to invest in Ireland and can meet certain requirements.

Applicant Qualifications and Residency Requirements
• Must be of good character and have no criminal record.
• Minimum Net Worth of €2 million.
• Minimum equity investment of €1 million for 3-5 years.
• Reside in Ireland for a minimum of just 1 day per year.
